Kailyn Baker
Kailyn Baker was born and raised on San Juan Island. After struggling with her own skin problems, she found her passion for skin care and the science behind it. She is dedicated to helping her patients understand why their skin is the way it is, educating them on the steps that need to be taken for their skin dreams to come true and how to keep up with their personalized regime. It is Kailyn’s goal to help each and every one of her patients feel confident in their own skin. Kailyn is thankful and excited to be working here at RejuvenationMd, furthering her education and expanding her knowledge in skin care with state of the art technology. In her free time Kailyn loves to garden, hangout with her dog Buster, learn new crafts, be outside, bake and spend quality time with friends and family.

Juleen Beeson
Julene Beeson is originally from Northern California. She started practicing holistic aesthetics in 2003, then moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2007 to study laser theory and physics. She holds esthetician licenses in all three states on the west coast, in addition to master esthetician licenses in both Oregon and Washington. Prior to joining RejuvenationMD, Julene worked with naturopaths, dermatologists, managed a laser clinic, was a clinical trainer for a laser company and taught laser theory and application. In her personal time Julene enjoys going to all kinds of events in her community here in Bellingham. She’s been dancing Argentine Tango for over 10 years, loves to travel and enjoys doing comedy improv.

Rebecca Eberharter
Rebecca Eberharter, a married mother of three, was born in Colorado, but was raised right here in the Pacific Northwest. A Medical Esthetician since 2004, she earned her Esthetician License through Evergreen Beauty College and has since received certifications in a variety of advanced trainings. Prior to coming to RejuvenationMD, Rebecca worked in Plastic Surgery as a Lead Medical Esthetician, Laser Technician, and Cosmetic Coordinator. Her career has paired nicely with her hobby as a competitive high school Cheer Coach, as she has always had a passion for building the confidence and self-esteem of others. She has dedicated 20 seasons to feeding that passion! When time allows, she also enjoys singing, playing piano, choreographing, cooking, crafting, and, of course, her family & her Seahawks!

Sarah is a Licensed Master Esthetician with a background in holistic sciences. After graduating from Bastyr University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition she found herself relating her education to skincare and esthetics. Pursuing a career in medical aesthetics was the best decision she ever made!
She is excited to be a part of the RMD family so she can share her passion to help people feel their best while feeling confident through every step of their skin journey. Sarah is dedicated to understanding each person’s diverse needs in order to provide individualized skin and laser treatments for all.
During her free time, Sarah loves taking any opportunity to travel, find new restaurants, cook, and cuddle with her dog!

Deborah Fox
Deborah Fox is a Registered Nurse Injector with over 10 years of injecting and aesthetics experience. She is considered one of Dallas’ most sought after injectors because of her ability to seamlessly enhance natural beauty. In Texas, she worked as the Lead Injector and Aesthetics Director. Her favorite procedures are dermal fillers, she especially enjoys working with the lips. Deborah feels very fortunate to have found RejuvenationMD and is excited to work with our state-of-the-art treatments and our incredibly caring team.
Originally from Brazil, where aesthetics is constantly evolving, Deborah moved from Texas to Ferndale to be closer to her grandkids and family. She loves spending time gardening and she also takes her aesthetic experience into pottery, spending most of her free time at her home pottery studio.

Michele is passionate about providing unparalleled patient care and advocating for tailored treatment programs that achieve optimal results. When she’s not meeting with RejuvenationMD patients – Michele enjoys riding her horses, traveling, interior design, and exploring the great outdoors with her husband and two dogs.

Alanna was born in Oregon and spent her early years in South Lake Tahoe. She has spent the last 20 years in beautiful Mukilteo, WA with her husband. Starting her career as a licensed cosmetologist, she soon discovered the world of aesthetics. Since then, Alanna has worked in plastic and cosmetic surgical centers. She is thrilled to be a part of RejuvenationMD and loves not only the customized approach we take with each and every patient but also the exceptional quality of treatments we offer. When she is not helping patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and discovering new adventures. When the weather is just right, you will find her out on the golf course.

Mackenzie was born and raised in Washington State. She graduated from Marysville Pilchuck High School and went on to receive her associate degree at Everett Community College. Mackenzie has always had a passion for makeup and skin care. She had the opportunity to job shadow a master esthetician at a dermatology office, where she fell in love with the medical side of the aesthetics industry. She graduated from Paroba College and earned her Washington State Master Esthetician license soon after. She has had several years of experience working at a medical spa and she is very excited to grow and expand her knowledge at RejuvenationMD. Mackenzie values spending time with her friends and family outside of work. She enjoys adventures with her French bulldog Ruby, loves attending concerts, dancing, good food, and new experiences.

Tammy Schmidt is a married mother of two. She was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, working for her family’s business in the gift industry for over 20 years. During that time, she cultivated her customer service skills. Although RejuvenationMD and the aesthetics industry are a whole new field for her, she couldn’t be more excited to join the team. In her spare time, she likes spending time with family and friends and she loves to travel.

Misty Lee Dion Thomas is a mother of 3 and a proud grandmother of one. She was born in Phoenix, AZ. but raised in Kansas. She has lived in the Pacific Northwest for over 30 years. A master licensed esthetician for the past 8 years with an emphasis in holistic esthetics, her passion for a whole-body approach brings a unique perspective to RejuvenationMD. After Misty graduated from Evergreen Beauty College, she was invited into a prominent Wellness Center in Mill Creek where she shared her love and passion for holistic medicine and integrative treatments to achieve optimal results for her patients. Misty has extensive knowledge in skin analysis, treatment plans, lasers, peels and all of our in-office procedures. In her spare time, she values her friends and family, nature walks, traveling abroad, good food and outdoor concerts.

Olga Yudich, DNP, ARNP
Olga graduated with her Doctorate in Nursing Practice degree from the University of Washington in 2021. She worked at Providence hospital in Everett as a registered nurse for 6 years before taking on the role of a cardiology nurse practitioner at Skagit Regional Health. After being introduced to the world of aesthetics in 2021, she was intrigued by the opportunity of using her creative talents to help people look and feel good while applying the years of education and bedside experience she acquired. She is excited to join the team at RMD because of a shared passion and dedication to being a lifelong learner and creating long-lasting relationships with clients. In her spare time, she loves to stay active, spend time with her loved ones, and escape the Washington rain when she can with her husband and fur baby Ava.
