Job Summary

A provider is responsible for achieving the following goals: (1) achievement of 95%+ individual patient satisfaction through delivering treatment results with great bedside manner (2) achievement of individual revenue and performance goals (3) providing safe and effective aesthetic procedures. In addition, the provider has a high standard of patient care, ethics and exemplifies our core values.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Delegating Physician (MD/DO/ARNP) – When assigned, responsible for site clinical operations which include conducting physician sign off examinations, coordinating optimal daily utilization of all providers, assisting with post treatment complications, etc. Required to be trained on all procedures.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Perform medical aesthetics treatments including neurotoxins, fillers, and lasers & devices (such as Coolsculpting, Halo, BBL, among others) *note, training will be provided
  • Effectively educate patients throughout the consultation and appointment process to contribute a 95% or better patient experience.
  • Effectively recommend treatments to patients by understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Safely perform medical procedures per LJCSC protocols as delegated by Medical Director.
  • Hit sales and performance metrics through patient education & retention
  • Navigate different software systems throughout the patient experience.
  • Participate in touch bases with the Practice Manager.
  • Participate in touch bases with Medical Director.
  • Collaborate with PM & MD to assist in providing on-going coaching and training to new and existing Medical Assistants (as needed).
  • Participate in continuing education as deemed recommended or necessary by Medical Director.
  • Collaborate effectively with other roles on site to meet patient satisfaction requirements and hit sales metrics.
  • Actively participate and engage in weekly meetings and trainings.
  • Maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance within the practice.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field.
  • Understanding & representing the company’s core values.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Complete understanding of EMR systems used.
  • Complete understanding of legal obligation standards.
  • Understanding of HIPPA and OSHA compliance.
  • Full understanding of treatments offered within the practice. Including but not limited to: pre/post care, complications, contraindications, device maintenance.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma required.
  • BS/BA in appropriate field required.
  • Appropriate Certification required.
  • Active DEA license preferred.
  • BCLS and ALS certifications.
  • MD, DO, RN, ARNP, or PA accepted

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Prolonged periods of standing for up to 10 hours at a time.

Travel Required:

One location.

Potential in office & remote days.
