Smooth, non-dimpled skin can seem unattainable to those suffering from cellulite. Fortunately, there’s a permanent answer to this common problem: QWO® cellulite treatment.

First and foremost, there should be no shame or embarrassment around cellulite; some of the most amazing and beautiful women on Earth have cellulite.

Upwards of 90% of Women Will Experience Cellulite in Their Lifetimes

Thankfully, cellulite is a harmless condition that is caused by genetics, age, hormones and/or dietary factors. Because women have vertically arranged connective tissue and fat cells, fat can protrude through the connective tissue causing the appearance of dimpling, otherwise referred to as “cottage cheese”, “orange peel” or “hail damaged” skin. What’s worse is that it occurs in areas like the thighs, butt, belly and upper arms where women are already battling the bulge.

FACT: WOMEN OF ALL SHAPES AND SIZES ARE PRONE TO CELLULITE

For years, scientists have hit dips and road bumps trying to smooth the issue; coming out with creams, devices, lasers, radiofrequency treatments, special massages and invasive surgical techniques. But, there has yet to be a proven, permanent solution to cellulite.

Q: Who is a candidate for QWO Cellulite Treatment?

Anyone with cellulite! QWO is the first injection proven to treat moderate to severe cellulite. It’s a permanent, non-invasive treatment, unlike any other in the industry which is why we have it at RejuvenationMD.

Q: Does QWO hurt?

We’re treating areas with high fat content, which means there’s very little discomfort aside from the poke of the syringe. In fact, patients say it’s more comfortable than getting BOTOX®. However, there can be soreness in the treatment area over the next few days as the connective tissue begins to break down.

Q: How does QWO work?

Treatment takes as little as 10 minutes. QWO is injected directly into targeted dimples in the buttocks or thighs using a small needle. The collagenase enzymes in QWO degrade the connective fibrous septae bands and remodel the area dislodging fat cells and stimulating the growth of neocollagenesis in the cutaneous area which firms and smooths skin. Standard protocol is 3 treatments of QWO, 21 days apart.

Q: What about downtime after QWO Cellulite Treatment?

There is no downtime but there is temporary bruising and there may be some tenderness.

Q: How long before QWO achieves visible results?

Patients can expect to see results in 10 weeks — the time needed to remodel and heal the treatment area. Again, results are permanent.
